At UVict (accessible via https://uvict.com), these Terms of Service set out the agreement between you and us whenever you browse the site or place an order. We have kept the language as plain as the subject allows.

We sell men's caps and beanies to customers across the United States, which means the terms below cover ordinary retail matters: what a listing is, when an order becomes binding, who is responsible for what if something goes wrong. Nothing here removes a right you hold under consumer law.

These terms apply to the whole of https://uvict.com and to every order placed through it. Background on who we are and how the range is chosen is on our About Us page. Where these terms refer to another policy, that policy forms part of this agreement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or be doing so under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Orders ship to addresses within the United States only, as set out on our Shipping Policy.

4. Products

Our products are ready-made stocked inventory, held here and shipped from Woodruff, South Carolina. Product images and descriptions are prepared to represent each item accurately, though screen calibration means color can render differently on your device than it does in the room.

Availability is not guaranteed at the moment of ordering. If an item sells out between your order and our packing bench, we contact you with a choice between an alternative and a full refund.

5. Pricing

Prices are listed in US Dollars and may change without notice, though a change never affects an order already placed. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, the kind of figure nobody could reasonably have believed was intended, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than being held to the error. We will always tell you why.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges that we received the offer; it does not by itself accept it. The contract forms when we dispatch the goods.

We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, where payment cannot be verified, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent use of a payment method. Nothing is charged on a declined order.

7. Payment and Authorization

Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering, through PayPal's gateway, whether you pay with a PayPal balance, a debit card, or a credit card. By submitting payment you confirm that you are authorized to use the method presented.

A declined payment creates no order and no charge. Where your bank places a temporary authorization hold that is not converted into a charge, the hold is released by the bank on its own schedule. Details are on our Payment Methods page.

If you believe a charge from us is wrong, contact us before opening a dispute with your card issuer. We will cooperate fully with any chargeback investigation, and we can usually resolve the matter faster ourselves.

8. Shipping

Rates, handling times, transit estimates, and carrier arrangements are set out on our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, and we are not liable for delays that arise inside a carrier network or from events outside our control.

9. Returns and Cancellations

Return and refund terms are on our Return & Refund Policy. Cancelling or amending an order before dispatch is covered on our Cancel & Change Order Policy. Both form part of this agreement.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website to attempt unauthorized access, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it systematically for commercial purposes, or to submit content through our forms that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend access where any of these occur.

11. Intellectual Property

The text, photography, layout, and logos on this site belong to UVict or are used with permission, and may not be copied or republished commercially without written consent. Our notice and takedown procedure is on our DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy.

12. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to services we do not operate, such as a payment provider or a carrier's tracking page. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information, and their own terms apply once you leave our site.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website is provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of error. Nothing in this section limits the statutory rights that apply to the goods themselves, which remain fully intact.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the website or your breach of these terms, limited to what a court finds reasonably attributable to that conduct.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spartanburg County, South Carolina.

17. Severability and Changes

If any provision here is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force. We may update these terms; the revision month appears under the page title, and the terms live at the time of your order are the ones that apply to it.
